Top 5 things you are not doing in the gym

THE THING YOU ARE NOT DOING IN THE GYM WILL EFFECT YOU

1. You don’t “push yourself” in the gym

When you start working out it seems as if everything is really dreadful.not doing a workout  “push yourself” in the gym . This feeling will go away soon and hopefully you will love the gym. lucky your body adapts quickly. Which is why it is necessary to put maximum effort into every rep and set.

2. NOT USING ‘HEAVY WEIGHTS’ in the gym

  

A lot of people in the fitness industry think you

don’t have to use heavy weights. notdoing use heavy weights in the gym.

When you using heavy weights you are actually increasing

your bone density. Also heavy weight helps build

strength check out my programs. while using heavy

wrights you are building lean mass

3. YOU don’t have a “plan” when in the gym

What I mean by having a play is having a schedule.Not doing

a plan in the  gym . You are taught to be organized so

you should have a organized plan about the gym.When going to the gym

to workout is is very important to be constantly. You might think that on

4.YOU DO NOT STRETCH AFTER THE GYM

We all do this and it is bad for our bodies.you are not

stretching in the gym. This is because After, not before, your workout

is the perfect time to stretch, as your muscles are

warm and flowing with oxygen-rich blood. When

stretching you can prevent injuries , and become

more flexible!

5. You do not use “Compound Movements” in the gym

 

You are not doing compound movements in the gym.

A compound movement is when you are using a

big muscle group like your chest and smaller muscle

groups like your shoulder, and the triceps i one exercise

which is called the bench press. The other compound

movements are squatting, deadlifting, hand cleaning and

military press. Doing compound movements is the best way to build strength.
